I've had a coupla people ask me if I'd consider putting up a forum to allow people make requests for overseas stamps and/or for people to provide them to those who need them.

This is a NON-PROFIT thread designed to help people get stamps for the countries where they don't live. Celebs who live in the UK cannot use U.S. stamps for sending stuff back to the States and vice versa.

With the International Reply Coupon scarce or non-existent in many post offices, stamps are your best bet when sending an SASE overseas.

So, this is the place for you to request overseas stamps for purchase or trade to help with your autograph requests.
